What happens to my feedback?

Your feedback is reviewed and shared with the project team enabling them to understand local issues, help shape the plans and, where possible, incorporate suggestions into the proposals. 

Feedback from public consultation is included within a Statement of Community Involvement which is submitted with a planning application. Feedback received after submission is also reviewed and shared with the project team and a summary of key themes is shared with the local authority.

What do you do with my contact information?

Any contact information that you share is only used to keep you informed regarding the specific project you signed up to when registering.

Will I receive lots of emails?

No, we will only share information about a project to keep you informed of its progress. You can opt out of receiving emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
