Here you can find more information on the revised application for 78 additional new homes, and the construction of the two sites on Swandon and Smugglers Way. 

Construction

We have commenced works on the Swandon Way sites (former B&Q and Homebase), starting with the foundational works to the new buildings.

Our site operating hours will be Monday to Friday 8am-6pm and Saturdays 8am-1pm. We do not anticipate working on Sundays or bank holidays, but if we do, we will let our neighbours know via e-mail updates which you can sign up to by clicking the button below.

Planning

We are undertaking further revisions to the proposals and would like to bring forward a revised scheme which will deliver additional new homes and other community benefits.

The revised proposals will include 78 new additional homes, bringing the total number of homes on this site to 1,112, including 35% affordable housing made up of shared ownership and affordable rent. Once built, this exciting new development will provide public open and amenity space activating the ground floor, a variety of publicly accessible landscape areas with play areas for all ages and additional cycle storage and spaces.

We have submitted a planning application with revised plans to Wandsworth Council, and we are committed to working with the local community to ensure that the revised proposals meet the local communities’ priorities.
