Victory Park, East Lane Business Park, Brent

Lysander are bringing forward proposals for a logistics and distribution facility at the former H&M distribution site at Victory Park, part of East Lane Business Park, Wembley.

The plans are for a logistics and distribution facility which will see goods arrive, before being stored, sorted and then loaded onto small vehicles for delivery in the surrounding area.  

Once the small vehicles are loaded, they will be dispatched until they return to the site later in the day or the early evening. A full transport plan will be included in the planning application detailing how the vast majority of the operation will take place outside of peak hours. 

Under the plans, the use of the site as a storage and distribution facility will not change with similar operations to the previous use. We are delighted a site that has in the past been a source of employment for the local community will continue to do so.
